How To Send Your Photos |
|

ONLINE METHOD:
A) You may immediately upload your photo(s) after checkout.
or
B) You can upload the photos later as well. Just login and select UPLOAD PHOTOS in the menu bar.
POSTAL MAIL METHOD:
You may send PhotoCrazed your photo(s) via postal mail to:

Note: When sending your photos by postal mail please print the MAIL RECEIPT which you will receive when you place your order and send it with your photo (specify if you would like us to return the photo).

The whole process usually takes 2-3 weeks, assuming timely customer response (Rush service and shipment is available: see below).
Once we have received your photos, we will e-mail you a proof of your PhotoCrazed artwork, within one week, unless Rush service is selected .
If you approve of the design, you can accept it by clicking on the ACCEPT button in the email and we will complete your order. Your PhotoCrazed artwork will arrive within 3-10 business days from this point (Rush service and shipment is available: see below) .
If you do not approve of the proof, you may click on the REVISE button. We want you to be happy with your final PhotoCrazed artwork and we will work diligently to make sure you are satisfied with the result. You can send us your suggestions and concerns and we will modify within the parameters of your design until it fits your liking. As soon as you are satisfied we will finish the process and send the artwork out to you.

Methods for Ordering |

ORDERING ONLINE:
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email immediately. Follow-up emails are sent out notifying you when your order has been updated and we need your response.
ORDERING BY PHONE:
You may order by phone calling 1-800-686-9299, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4pm EST. One of our representatives will gladly assist you with your order. Our agents can help you with custom designs as well.
